The family is a very important component of effective anxiety treatment.  The family needs to be supportive but learn to provide assistance but not dependence.  Family members should not trivialize a person with generalized anxiety disorder or demand improvement without anxiety treatment.     I never get bored of hearing about her. Aaliyah was stunning. A person I both respect and miss. It’s a shame what happened to her. The pop art painting I own of her is supercool and will be cherished forever!
