Are You Familiar With Emotional Freedom Tapping?

I bet you’ve heard of EFT Tapping – Emotional Freedom Tapping? Are you experienced in doing EFT?
My purpose here is to, introduce you to Emotional Tapping and describe the basic method.
For starters, the method was created by Gary Craig, Emotional Freedom Technique founder. You use your fingertips to tap, on various energy meridian points on your head, face and your torso. While you are tapping, you remember an event.
You end up thinking and feeling differently about the issue. Here is an example of this tapping technique.
We’ll use the example of an upsetting memory of your young life. You got in trouble for something you did. Remember the bad feelings of feeling ashamed?
Over the course of your life, you’ve believed that deep down you were somehow defective, regardless of whether you are aware that you have that belief.
Here is the way you’d use EFT therapy to clear the disturbing emotions and beliefs you still hold from that event.
You recall the event of getting caught at the same time you tap on acupuncture points on your torso, head and face. There are eight tapping points that are commonly used by an EFT practitioner.
While focusing on your memory of the event, and tuning into your feelings about it, you tap the points. You can also put your focus on the belief that was formed during the event. – that something is wrong with you, or that you are bad.
What happens, is that after tapping the points and tuning into the event, your emotional charge changes. Your emotion can change from anger to peace. The emotions you feel often transform from resentful, angry, anxious, blaming – to a state of calm and understanding. It is typical to start out feeling insecure and end up feeling confident.
As when you learn any worthwhile skill, there are beginning, intermediate and advanced levels. And, by watching this powerful Youtube EFT video, you may be super-jazzed to learn more about EFT.
