I speak to so many people each day who want to begin a gratitude journal but cannot seem to invoke the creativity to decide what they want.  They know that they want abundance, but cannot seem to articulate it in specific terms.

100337_FullAs such, I have put together a list of twenty gratitude journal affirmations to help those with writer’s block move forward.  These are to be used as a guide to creating one’s own affirmations.  Here they are:

  1. I am thankful to be healthy, wealthy and wise.
  2. I am grateful for all of the abundance that the Source sends me each day.
  3. I am a healthy and beautiful being created in the image of God.  I am grateful for all that I am and all that I am becoming.
  4. I am grateful for the possibilities and options that the Universe is revealing to me.  I give thanks for the divine meetings with others that will happen to me today.
  5. I am thankful for all of those that love me, even those that I do not know.
  6. I am happy and grateful for everything I have and receive daily
  7. I am grateful for my health even if I cannot see it physically yet.
  8. I am thankful for the amazing abundance that is being created right now as I ponder the infinite generosity of the Universe.

As I have begun to work more and more on the internet,I find that I have read more about personal development than I have at any other time in my life.  But, how much of the new material have I really implemented.

questionmark-150x150In reality, I could do more.  You can only read about the law of attraction, time management and physical fitness so much.  At some point, you have to put the book down (or turn off the computer) and DO SOMETHING.
