Are you a Novice or Master user of the Law of Attraction?

If some of you have already read various books about Law of Attraction usage, then you have no doubt already had a dabble at trying to receive something with the Law of Attraction.

Now you may have been chuffed at the result that happened afterwards, but more than likely nothing happened and you are trying to work out why the Law of Attraction is not working for you. Many give up due to the disappointment of not receiving immediately but one needs to perserver and believe.

Well you may not be aware, but there is actually a mastery to its usage and many users are at a level of knowledge where they can class themselves as Master, and are of course reaping the rewards big time. Vision Board – How You Can Manifest Your Dreams

What is a vision board? I hear the question asked so frequently now with The Secret movie doing so well and people realizing the potential of our minds to masterfully create our reality. It is my intention this article will answer the question: what is a vision board?

A vision board can be known by many names the one I most frequently hear is treasure map. No matter what you call it a vision board is a physical representation of all that you want in and for your life.

A vision board is usually made of poster board and pictures. You find pictures in magazines or online that represent the things you want to have/be/do in your life. You cut them out and then arrange them on the poster board. You put the collage in a conspicuous place where you will see it frequently.

Each time your eye is drawn to your vision board and you see the images you can take a minute and really stop and feel what it will be like when those images are your reality. That is a key thing about visualizing and using a vision board to its’ highest potential. You can’t just look at the pictures, you have to feel it, be it, know it is yours!! Your job is to come up with the thoughts, the ideas, the objects and maintain a high energy around them. That’s where the vision board helps out. It’s a tool that will help you maintain a high vibration around the ideas posted on it.

John Assaraf of The Secret movie tells an amazing story of his vision board. He had put a picture of this beautiful mansion on his board. A few years later her moved and was unpacking his office when his young son asked him what was in the box. He tried to explain about vision boards, but found it easier to just show him. When he pulled the vision board out of the box he realized the picture on the vision board was the actual house he had just bought and was moving into.

It’s an amazing testament to the power of vision boards. They are simple to make, cost very little, and are a wonderful way to keep your energy up and keep your mind focused on the positive things that are already on their way to you.

What is a Vision Board?

The concept of a vision board is not new or revolutionary. A vision board is visual representation of the things you want to be, to have or to do in your life. It’s a collection of images that represent your ideal life. It may also include written quotes or affirmations. It is a powerful tool that showcases your deepest goals and desires for your life. Vision boards may also be referred to as goal maps, dream boards, goal boards, or goal collages.

The purpose of a vision board is to clarify exactly what you want and to then focus on words or images that represent those desires. For example, if you want to lead a healthier life, an image of a fit mountain biker might be a suitable representation. It would remind you that you love biking and have a great mountain bike growing rust in the garage. You could include an affirmation like, “I enjoy an active lifestyle every day”.

The chosen image simply needs to transfer your goal or objective to your mind through your sense of sight. Images and words included in vision boards create a sensory link toward making dreams a reality. Through repetition, these images become a part of your conscious and subconscious mind and help you to achieve and manifest your desires.

The traditional vision board is a sheet of poster board on which pictures or drawings are pasted. The pictures usually come from magazines or books, and can be arranged like a collage, perhaps with hand-written affirmations or inspirational quotes.

The paper or poster vision board is kept in a location where it’s likely to be seen often. This could be a bathroom mirror, on the refrigerator, or in your car. The board is meant to be a constant reminder about what is most important to you, so those dreams and goals stay at the top of your mind. This frequency helps you concentrate on what you want, instead of getting sidetracked with any self-defeating or negative thoughts.

Modern electronic vision boards are now available that can be used alone or in conjunction with traditional paper boards. Electronic boards can take the form of software, in which the user creates a digital product and views it on their computer. Or they can be a pre-designed or customized digital video that the user watches on their computer, television, or handheld device.

Electronic versions can greatly enhance the experience of using a vision board. Some versions may include a soundtrack as well. Electronic vision boards may be in the format of a video, slide show, or even like the traditional collage. If you are good on the computer, you can probably create one yourself using existing software.
