It seems like more and more that spirituality is a buzzword in our society that many people understand and others do not. What is spiritual reality in the first place? Well to answer that question we must first define the terms individually. Then we will work to blend the two and see what our results are.

Spiritual is the process, being, or acting in agreement with what your spirit tells you at a certain time or moment. When you are having the time of your life your spirit is alive it is awake and you couldn’t be in a better place. Spiritual is also the process of knowing your spirit. This can also be called knowing your heart. Knowing your intuition.

Knowing what it intuitively true for you. Being spiritual is not about being religious but many people use religion to become more spiritual.

Reality can be a little more difficult to define. Many people say that reality is what they see and exist here in this world. But, many people limit their definitions of reality to only what they see. If reality is what exists in this world then we have to include the tangible and intangible included in the definition of reality as well.

This means thoughts, feelings, and intuitions are all included in reality.

Spiritual reality would have to be the blending of the two. It would be the knowing of your spirit and the reality of it and what it wants, needs, and deserve. A spiritual reality is very much a part of physical, emotional, and mental reality because it embraces all of the other parts.

Our intangible realties are our spiritual, mental, and emotional realities. These all create our physical reality. If our mental and emotional realities are in alignment with our spiritual reality then our physical reality will be the life of our dreams.

If our mental and emotional realities are not in agreement with our spiritual reality then our life will not be the life that we desire.
