EFT Tapping Can Change Your Life

I adore Emotional Tapping. Why? Because I’m a different person since discovering it.
Before I encountered Emotional Freedom Tapping and became an enormous fan, here’s how dismal my life was:
– 25 pounds overweight
– exhausted all the time
– couldn’t quit eating between dinner and bedtime
– avoided people because of the discomfort I felt
– didn’t like myself
– going nowhere professionally
– always anxious
– felt hopeless about my life
– struggled with everything
– procrastinated like crazy
– I was an emotional wreck
Then I learned about EFT. When I heard what you do, I said no way. It looked weird. How could it possibly work? And felt ridiculous.
It could’t possibly work. I gave up on it.
Then some time later I heard about it again. This time I gave it a chance. I started reading and studying about it. I started tapping on everything.
My best decision was to do Gary Craig’s Personal Peace Procedure. It’s one of the best tapping therapy techniques around. What that entails is this:
– List all the disturbing events from your life you can recall. This list will be over 100, or you’re not trying.
– Do EFT tapping on everything you wrote.
Just do that. Sounds simple and it is. However, you gotta have guts to do it.
I started tapping on my list. I tapped on on a couple of events each morning before I got out of bed. And in the afternoon I’d tap when taking a walk. And I’d go for a walk in the afternoon and tap on a couple more events then.
After a couple of weeks, the darnedest thing happened. I lost my carb cravings. My anxiety had dropped
More improvements came after that. My creativity soared. My business increased. My relationships got easier. My life just keeps getting better and better.
If you haven’t yet tried EFT tapping, what are you waiting for?
