I speak to so many people each day who want to begin a gratitude journal but cannot seem to invoke the creativity to decide what they want. They know that they want abundance, but cannot seem to articulate it in specific terms.
As such, I have put together a list of twenty gratitude journal affirmations to help those with writer’s block move forward. These are to be used as a guide to creating one’s own affirmations. Here they are:
- I am thankful to be healthy, wealthy and wise.
- I am grateful for all of the abundance that the Source sends me each day.
- I am a healthy and beautiful being created in the image of God. I am grateful for all that I am and all that I am becoming.
- I am grateful for the possibilities and options that the Universe is revealing to me. I give thanks for the divine meetings with others that will happen to me today.
- I am thankful for all of those that love me, even those that I do not know.
- I am happy and grateful for everything I have and receive daily
- I am grateful for my health even if I cannot see it physically yet.
- I am thankful for the amazing abundance that is being created right now as I ponder the infinite generosity of the Universe.
- God loves me and wants to bestow his riches upon me.
- The Universe is a system of giving and receiving. I am thankful that it is as natural and right for me to receive as it is for me to give.
- I am the Universe. The beauty I see in the world is a reflection of what I see in myself.
- I am thankful to be lucky.
- I am grateful that abundance is the natural order of things.
- I am grateful that my life is squarely within my control.
- I am thankful that I do not need to compete with others to live a life of abundance. There is plenty for all.
- In the face of my enemy I see myself. I am thankful that by forgiving others, I am also forgiving myself.
- I am thankful that the Universe is always forgiving, always loving and ready to meet my needs.
- Happiness is the natural state of things. I can choose to be happy even if my outside circumstances do not accurately reflect the state of my being.
- I am thankful for the difficulties in my life. It is through them that I learn to appreciate the contrast of the blessings that I receive daily.
- I am grateful to be made in the image of God, to be pure energy in a temporary shell, to have, at my disposal, all of the tools to create and manifest reality from thought.
Ideally, one should create gratitude journal affirmations that are unique to that individual. I have written an article on creating affirmations, [intlink id="706" type="post" target="_blank"]you can read it here[/intlink].
