Those who are seeking a spiritual awakening or enlightenment, are familiar with the term “kundalini awakening.”  It is a term for a spiritual progress toward a new level of consciousness that affects the body, mind, energy and spirit.

The word itself originates in the Eastern spiritual traditions and is Sanskrit for :coiled up.”  This refers to energy that appears to be coiled up at the base of the spine much like a spring or snake waiting to awaken.

If I could ever recommend any CD set, I would recommend Holosync.

No other audio series has aided me in my mediation as much as this set has.   It uses advanced technology to aid in the meditation process. This technology, if used correctly, strengthens personal growth, ability, and meditation length. The technology is based upon new discoveries in brain wave science developed by Bill Harris, a life long meditation practitioner.

The technology takes the listener through Alpha, Theta, and Delta, disguised under a soothing piece of music. Rainfall and bells are already relaxing, but the Holosync technology increases the relaxation.

The good thing about Holosync is that the listener doesn’t have to try to focus; the software already focuses the mind, and allows spiritual connections. There are no postures for sitting or breathing exercises. The greatest aspect, however, is that sleep is okay! The listener can sleep during Holosync and still receive the benefits!

One of the unique things about the software is its ability to create synchronization between the two sides of the brain. Over time, this becomes permanent. The benefits include such things as enhanced learning ability, creative problem solving, intuition, mental clarity, and intelligence, plus an increase in what some would call “mystical” or “metaphysical” abilities — not used because we only use such a small portion of our brains.

But here’s the really amazing thing that happens: every time the nervous system reorganizes in response to the input we are giving it with Holosync, we have to let go of some of the mental and emotional “baggage” we all have under the surface in the unconscious mind.

My Experience With The Holosync Solution

When I first investigated the Holosync Solution, I thought the $179.00 was steep. After listening to the Demo CD and reading other reviews about the technology, I decided to purchase the first level of the product, Awakening Prologue.

I was able to pay the purchase price out in a payment plan.

The product was good as expected.

What I did not expect was the extraordinary level of support from Centerpointe.  I have no doubt that Bill Harris believes in his product and wants his customers to benefit from it. In addition to Awakening Prologue, I received a bundle of other CDs for concentration, relaxation, health and wellness.

I would receive product support letters in the mail.

These were not sales pitches. These were letters sent at regular intervals designed to anticipate what I was likely to be experiencing at that stage of the program; and, to reassure me that what I was experiencing was OK.

I received Bill Harris’ book (free), which further explained the science behind the product as well as what I should be trying to achieve through meditation. I received a complete set of Harris’ retreat CDs (free) which really helped in my use of Holosync and my meditation practice in general.

I’m still receiving product support materials and I have not purchased anything in a year.

In retrospect, $179.00 is a bargain for Holosync and product support.

As far as using Holosync, I have had a number of interesting experiences from visions of the universe from space (very unusual for a country lawyer living in east Texas) to a “khundalini awakening” that left me anxious and disturbed for several days. All of these things were anticipated by Centerpointe. Hence, the extensive product support and toll free hotline.

When I began using Holosync, I was achieving results on day one that would have taken years using traditional meditation techniques. I have a sense of awareness, peace and calm that surpasses all understanding. I look forward to my meditation time each day.
