Humanity is raising its collective consciousness to a greater level. This is happening as we speak. Many people have already risen their personal vibrations to a new better spiritual level.

1. Soul Healing is an advanced method of astral travel or soul journeying~Soul Healing goes beyond the astral travel and journeying}. It happens when you fall asleep or when you are in a relaxed, altered state. This is when your soul will leave your physical body and start to travel. Sometimes you will travel about your bedroom or visit a friend’s home. Time and distance are not obstacles for your human soul.
While you are in your soul form, you acquire the ability to heal others.
2. Distance Healing is the ability to send healing energy to someone at a distance. It is very similar to Soul Healing except you do not physically visit the individual, but merely send energy to the person needing the healing. It’s also referred to as Remote Healing.
To get into that state of counsciousness I try remote viewing techniques.
In a remote viewing course it allows you to connect with your higher self and let the energy flow through you.
3. Channeling Divine Energy can be accomplished through your crown chakra and into your body once you’ve opened and cleared your crown chakra. By simply asking for energy to come down through the top of your head, you will feel the Divine Energy entering through the top of your head.
